Responsibility

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a single-blind peer review, with reviewers assigned by the Section Editor.

Upon receiving a manuscript, reviewers must promptly disclose any conflicts of interest, whether related to the subject matter or the authors and refrain from further review. Any conflicts should be communicated to the editor.

Manuscripts will be reviewed impartially based solely on intellectual content, without bias regarding gender, race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, or political values of the authors. All details of the manuscript must remain confidential.

Ethics

Reviewers are encouraged to respond promptly to review invitations. If unable to review, they should decline as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Reviewers should only accept review invitations if the manuscript aligns with their area of expertise.

Reviewers should adhere to the Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers (COPE) before accepting a review.

Feedback should be objective, constructive, and aimed at enhancing the manuscript. Any reasons for potentially rejecting a manuscript should be communicated solely to the editor.
