IJREBS is an Open-Access journal managed and published by Global Scientific Publications. It is not funded by any University or Government grants.   There are NO Article Submission fees. At GSP Journals, it is guaranteed that a university library or an individual reader NEVER needs to pay for a subscription or pay-per-view fees to access articles of the journal.  To cover the cost of publication and Open Access, the journal depends on Article Handling Charges (AHC) in other ways called Publication Charges/Service Charges as the journal follows an 'author-pays' model. AHC becomes due only after the author receives a letter of acceptance from the journal. If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the journal collects only the AHC of USD 200.
